SOUNDPROOF CABINS

Industrial soundproofing cabins and noise protection structures offered by Zakład Budowy Urządzeń i Aparatury Naukowo-Doświadczalnej Sp. z o. o. are intended for persons operating devices and machines operating in conditions where noise exceeds the permissible values.

Soundproofing cabins are separate rooms with the required acoustic insulation. They fulfill the function of soundproofed rooms - protecting employees from noise. The solutions offered are the result of many years of experience of ZBUiAND Sp. z o. o. in the construction, delivery and assembly of structures that provide the user with the maximum possible comfort, both in terms of noise attenuationand functionality as well as aesthetics of the structure. Soundproofing cabins for service workers are used in rooms where the production process can be controlled from the cabin or it is possible for an employee to stay in the cabin temporarily; are used as controls and control rooms, rooms for technical supervision or social and rest rooms located in production halls with high noise levels.

The obtained certificate of compliance with the essential requirements contained in Annex II of Directive No. 94/9/EC (ATEX) allows the use of cabins in zones 21 and 22 of dust mixture explosion hazard, in zones 1 and 2 of explosion hazard combustible vapor gases and in underground excavations of mines classified as "a", "b" and "c" methane explosion hazard and class A and B coal dust explosion hazard. The cabins also have a certificate authorizing the product to be marked with the B safety mark.

The soundproofing cabin is constructed in a segmented form and consists of wall, floor and ceiling elements. Thanks to the use of repeatable modules, it is possible to adjust the dimensions of the cabin to the customer's needs. The design allows for easy and quick assembly. Cabin segments are multi-layer constructions filled with materials characterized by high acoustic insulation. The cabin is equipped tight windows and doors; Depending on the customer's needs, the doors and windows can be made in both hinged and sliding versions. The material of the outer walls is coated or stainless steel. Depending on the needs, the cabin can be placed on vibration isolators. The cabins are adapted for use in closed (roofed) rooms. The manufacturer makes an individual design of the cabin free of charge. The acoustic insulation of the cabin can range from 25 to 35 dB depending on customer requirements.

Industrial soundproofing cabins can be equipped with:

lighting installation,
ventilation and air-conditioning installation,
industrial television,
inspection door dismantled to facilitate access to the control cabinets in the cabin,
other additional devices according to the Customer's request, corresponding to local building conditions.

Cabins are made according to individual location conditions, as well as in typical sizes. Additional equipment is installed depending on the Customer's requirements. Elements of electrical additional equipment used for this purpose, such as: lighting fixtures, fans, heaters, air conditioners, CCTV (cameras, monitors) and others, meet the requirements resulting from the qualification of the room in which the cabin will be built. In explosion hazard zones, explosion-proof equipment is installed that meets the essential requirements set out in the regulations on products subject to conformity assessment.

Industrial soundproofing cabins can be equipped with:

lighting installation,
ventilation and air conditioning installation,
closed-circuit television,
inspection door removable for easy access to control cabinets located in the cabin,
other additional equipment as requested by the customer corresponding to the local conditions of construction.

Cabins are made according to individual location conditions, as well as in typical sizes. Additional equipment is installed according to the requirements of the Customer. The electrical auxiliary equipment used, such as light fixtures, fans, heaters, air conditioners, CCTV (cameras, monitors)
and others, meet the requirements arising from the qualification of the room in which the cabin will be built. In explosive atmospheres, equipment of explosion-proof construction that meets the essential requirements specified in the regulations on products subject to conformity assessment shall be installed.
