Guides are recommended for installation in limited upper heads and feet of extraction vessels.

The W-1-B guides replace the previous W-1-A and W-1-Aa guides.

ROLLING GUIDES (WHEELS) WITH SYMMETRICAL COMPOUND DAMPER Type: light PHH1, medium PHH2, heavy PHH3

Roller guides with a symmetrical combined shock absorber PHH are designed for rolling, flexible guiding of lifting vessels and their counterweights on vertical, rigid steel and wooden guides in mine shafts. Rolling guides are designed for both newly designed and operated shaft lifts. The guides are adapted to be installed on the heads and platforms of the lower vessels, including the lower frames (feet) of the skips.

  • Rolling guides are mounted on the head and foot of the hoisting vessel. Four sets of rolling guides of the same type are required to guide one vessel.

  • There are types of rolling guides marked with the symbols: light type PHH1, medium type PHH2, heavy type PHH3.

  • PHH rolling guides are made of the following basic components: two side rollers, front roller, right shock absorber, left shock absorber, two side roller supports, two safety slides.

  • The flexibility of guiding the vessel is achieved by resiliently connecting the set of three guide pulleys to the vessel. The connection of the set of three guide pulleys with the vessel is performed by two shock absorbers (left and right), containing four identical rubber cushioning inserts called flexiblocks, mounted in pairs on two vertical axes attached to the vessel. Shock-absorbing inserts are placed in steel housings (coats), connecting the axes of the guide rollers into a rigid unit. Since the axis of the front roller is also an element connecting the shells of both shock absorbers, the axes of all guide rollers are located in one plane, which is also the plane of symmetry for the system of shock absorbing inserts. Thanks to this, all elements of the guide system are located in the space determined by the diameters of the pulleys and the cross-section of the guide, and the entire system takes up little space on the vessel, which is of great importance, especially in the case of a vessel with multi-rope suspension.

SET OF ROLLING GUIDES TYPE W-1-S

Type W-1-S rolling guides are designed for rolling, flexible guidance of mine shaft hoist vessels along rigid guides with the weight of the vessel with suspensions and useful mass up to 50 Mg and travel speed up to 20 m/s.
