Special execution

​

ZBUiAND Sp. z o. o. offers a solution (protected by patent no. 230582) of a steel-section conveyor, on which a conveyor belt is wound into a loop. The belt loop  jest  is rewound (through the plates) by the drive star of the steel-member conveyor and by the additionally built-up belt return drum. Thanks to the appropriate tension of the conveyor belt by means of the return drum, frictional engagement is obtained with respect to the support plates on the circumference of the drive star. The transported excavated material does not have direct contact with the bearing plates, as a result of which the loss of fine fractions of the excavated material between the supporting plates is prevented. This solution increases operational values and significantly increases the service life of the plates.

 

Executive considerations

• Steel-link conveyors are made on the basis of the Customer's documentation or ZBUiAND Sp. z o. o

• The rollers of the chain unit can be made of cast iron or steel, equipped with self-lubricating bushings.

• The connection of the slats with the boards is made by means of welded joints, which
  significantly improves the structural stability of the panels.

• Way of bearing shafts - driving and tensioning - rolling or plain bearings.

• The manufacturer supplies the supporting structure of the conveyor adapted to local building conditions.

• Corrosion protection is carried out by spray painting.

The manufacturer offers execution, delivery, assembly, trial start-up of the conveyor and trial run under load. The scope of work may also include the dismantling of the existing conveyor. The manufacturer ensures supervision over the works by having at its disposal persons with qualification requirements necessary to perform duties in the field of traffic supervision.
